These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999bv ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 999bv website located at https://999bv.pro and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any portion of the 999bv platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an account on 999bv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 999bv account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999bv reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 999bv will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): 999bv strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. This additional security layer is available in account settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Account Verification (KYC): 999bv operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet or bank statement)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 999bv will result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Accepted Payment Methods: 999bv currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (Tether). Available payment methods may change from time to time and the current list is displayed within your account dashboard.

Currency: The primary account currency on 999bv is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless a player has specifically opted to maintain a USDT balance in the crypto wallet section.

Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically settle within 60 seconds. HBL and UBL bank transfers may take between 1 and 4 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations have been received.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each offer page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.

• Maximum Bet Restriction: While playing with an active bonus, you may not place any single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified for that bonus. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to coordination with other players, use of multiple accounts, or pattern betting designed to hedge outcomes — will result in bonus cancellation, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

999bv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational player use only and are not available to players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit of zero.

All casino games available on 999bv — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fish shooting games, and table games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

Game Fairness: 999bv's casino games are supplied by licensed and audited third-party game providers. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with physical dealing equipment observable by the player.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 999bv will complete the round automatically according to the game's standard rules where technically possible. For games where an interrupted round cannot be completed, the bet will be returned to the player's balance. 999bv is not liable for any losses arising from a player's own internet connection or device issues.

Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, 999bv reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. A malfunction voids all related pays and plays. 999bv's decision on malfunction disputes is final.

The following rules apply specifically to all sports betting markets available on 999bv, including cricket (PSL, Test, T20I, ODI), football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to available liquidity and market status. 999bv reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Void Bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled; the event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period; the market is suspended at the time of bet placement due to a system error; or odds were published in error.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments of play. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. 999bv accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play market availability.
• PSL & Cricket Markets: For PSL and other cricket markets, a match must complete at least 5 overs per side (in limited-overs formats) for bets to stand, unless the specific market terms state otherwise. Rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are handled in accordance with the rules displayed on each specific market.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per event and per player. The applicable limit is displayed on each market and in your account settings. 999bv reserves the right to reduce winnings to the published maximum payout limit regardless of the stated odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999bv and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal or financial information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account policy
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation that could affect the integrity of betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings generated from a known exploit must be reported and will be voided
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999bv support staff or other players via any channel
• Attempting to access the accounts or personal data of other players by any means

999bv is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting players who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible via your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999bv platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the 999bv platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bv, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information
• Platform downtime or unavailability
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

999bv's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

999bv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC or AML verification
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. 999bv reserves the right to deduct an inactivity maintenance fee from dormant account balances as published in the fee schedule within the account dashboard.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 999bv experience — including game outcomes, transaction processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Live Support: Raise the issue directly with the 999bv live chat support team, available 24/7 on the platform. The majority of account and transaction queries are resolved at this stage within minutes.
2. Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If live support is unable to resolve your issue, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with your full account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 999bv will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 calendar days.

999bv's decisions on matters of game fairness, technical malfunctions, and bonus terms interpretation are final and binding, subject only to any overriding regulatory requirement.

999bv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999bv will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the revision notice.

Your continued use of the 999bv platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal.

999bv recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 999bv holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure outlined in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the rights of players to seek relief under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence where such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
